With good reviews and positive word-of-mouth this crime-thriller is doing very well. After a strong beginning, it picked up steam during the weekend and did better on weekdays. In India it made Rs 7.25 crore on Day 4. This is higher than the initial collection which was Rs5.25 crore. Day 5 also earned more money than the first day.
To date, Thudarum has produced approximately Rs 37.58 crore net revenue in India (Rs 44.38 crore gross, including taxes). Overseas, the film has already been a blockbuster and has earned around the sum of Rs53 crore. In addition, the film has grossed around Rs 97.38 crore in worldwide gross.
